The SCOOP would like to thank every artist, musician, promoter, photographer, journalist, sponsor and patron that have supported us along the way. Each and every one of you will always be a friend of the SCOOP!We also need to thank certain people or companies that have donated 'gifts in kind' to the SCOOP and our projects or have simply gone out of their way for us.

Thanks a million to Siobhan, Elaine and Dave @ The Pod for donating 2 VIP tickets for the Electric Picnic for our raffle at our Love SCOOP Hate Racsim gig on the 20th of August, 2010.


The Beatyard is a monthly music and arts fair that Bodytonic run in the Twisted Pepper. They run workshops and talks and are giving digital artists the platform to experiment and create. They also ask for donations of equipment for the studio and workshop and so far have managed to persuade a lot of kind people to part with turn-tables, mixers, samplers and tons of records for the studio and workshops. Thanks again guys xxx
A big shout out to Tim, Leo and the rest of the gang at the CAST Foundry in Blackpits, Dublin. They designed and donated this trophy for the SCOOP Poker Open. Check em @ cast.ieTheir latest works of art can be seen in the New Criminal Courts Building.

Thanks to Rory and Daniel Miller @ Miller Bros in Rathnew, Wicklow. They designed, cut and donated a marble coffee table worth €1,500 for our raffle at the First SCOOP Art Auction. See what else they can do @ millerbros.ie.

Rothar Bikes for the community is a community bike shop that accepts donated bikes from the public. Their work aims to reduce waste going to landfill by repairing scrap bicycles and then resell or donate them.
They have a workshop on Phibsborough which is a centre for training and education for priority groups, schools and youth groups to promote social inclusion, mobility and community development.
For all their help with the winter art auction we want to say a huge than you to Sarah and everyone at FilmBase, Temple Bar, Dublin. They let us use and abuse their space for a week at no charge.
Big up to artist Keith Walsh @ Turtlehead for all his support and for designing t-shirts for us to sell in our shop.
www.azkids.ieThe AZ ensure that the most vulnerable children in the developing world receive the same health care and education as any child in the developed world.
At present they are trying to build a state of the art HIV Clinic for children in Uganda and need all the help they can get.
Like the SCOOP, they also have a habit of throwing kick ass events and fundraisers so keep an eye out for them and try and get out and meet them.

Here's to Lewis and all the staff in Pygmalion on South William St for letting us use and abuse their lovely bar for a whole week for our first Art Auction & Exhibition.
SARI is a not for profit organisation that was set up in July 1997 as a direct response to the growth of racist attacks from a small but vocal section of people in Ireland.
Their Aims:
- Present sporting and cultural events that bring together people from different cultures and backgrounds
- Create opportunities for young people to participate in social integration projects at home and abroad
- Promote intercultural dialogue and celebrate cultural diversity through projects in schools
- Encourage government agencies and national sports bodies to adopt anti - racism measures and inclusion of policies and practices.

They specialise in the design and manufacture of the worlds most technically advanced gobos. A gobo is basically a glass or metal stencil that is specially made with a design of your choice. You then insert it into a projector so it can be projected and blown up on any surface, even the front of an entire building. Cheers Graeme!
